POSITION: HVAC PRODUCT SALES DESIGNATION: Asst. Manager REPORTS: Region Head- South EXPERIENCE: 6-9 years in HVAC Product Sales LOCATION: Hyderabad RESPONSIBILITY: Sales & Business Development at Telangana & AP Region

Job Overview: Sales engineers are in the business of selling advanced scientific and technical products to businesses and organizations. As a sales engineer, you have training in engineering (or an industry-related science field) and sales. Specific to our case it includes technical and marketing/selling skills. The successful candidate will take over the initiative of providing the best technical and commercial solution of product and/or system in the form of B2B sales. Products include HVAC products such as; Chillers, Heat Pumps and Data Center Products for Comfort, Process and Data Center cooling/heating applications.

We require someone with basic qualifications & skills:

  1. Willingness and ability to travel 10% to 70% of the time, depending on the position and sales role

  2. Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships in ground breaking new ways

  3. Excellent written and oral communication skills

  4. Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales

  5. Recommended experience in HVAC industry but not mandatory

  6. Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports

  7. MS office

  8. BE/Diploma Degree in Mechanical or Electrical.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  1. Business development; generate inquiries from Real Estate, Pharma, IT, Hospitality, Hospitals sectors

  2. Business development: frequent visits to industry influencers(consultants, PMC’s and contractors) and customers

  3. Pre order Site Visits to better understand the application, value engineering or BOQ formation.

  4. Enter inquiries in CRM in the form of SQL(sales qualified leads)

  5. Understand the BOQ/Specs and select the most suited product option.

  6. Make submittals through ERP with technical and commercial knowledge.

  7. Follow up and take feedback on our submittals till project is won/lost

  8. Periodic update in CRM on status of each project, including job closure.

  9. Analysis of PO’s and sends Order Acknowledgement (OA) to customers.

  10. Discuss with the factory on deliveries and revert to the customer.

  11. Finalization of vendors for any low side (projects work).

  12. Timely follow up for payment collections for product & project execution.

  13. Making Monthly reports of Booking, billing and performance.
