Code of Conduct

At Jinchat, we consider personal quality as important as product and services quality. At the end, it is the persons who are responsible to deliver the services. We enforce very strict standards on the Code of Conduct for our employees. Habits like foul language, smoking and drinking are strongly prohibited in the workplace. Other codes include area on the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance, Conduct when Obtaining Business, Conflict of Interest and Use of Information are applied.

Confidentiality and Information Risk Awareness

Jinchat value information and respect intellectual properties of all of our stakeholders. We realize that information should be treated as confidential at all times and that all information should be accurate and complete and made available only to those whose job role requires it.

In respect of this, we have strict guidelines for our employees on Use of Information. Guidelines and trainings to increase awareness of our employees to information risk on Information Handling and Information Leakage have also been established.
